The "Gidiré" collection, which debuted during Milan Fashion Week in September 2025, showcased a sophisticated blend of earthy tones, structured leather, and fluid, draped silhouettes. For the show, mähawa's jewelry, antique Harari silver alongside pieces sourced from across Ethiopia, was styled with Mastewal Alemu's designs. Objects that have traveled centuries placed in conversation with a distinctly contemporary vision of East African design.
